Hi All!

The salsa fundraiser is on!

There are 18 different varieties of salsa (something for everyone!) and each jar sells for $6. Half of the money goes directly to SCD!

All orders and money will be due to me on or before Monday, October 15. The salsa will be delivered within 2 weeks once the orders are submitted and the money is received.

The holidays are right around the corner. santa.gif Salsa makes a great and inexpensive gift. thumbsup.gif

Please let me know if you are interested in doing this fundraiser. I can email you the order form and product description. You are welcome to start selling ASAP!

I'm in! I also have talked to the team mom's from Jared's football team and they are going to ask the High School if Arda can set up outside the field with some of her dobies on a game day and get donations! If they don't allow the dogs then we will just set up and pass out info and stuff and take in donations. Either way I thought it was nice of them to offer.

If you want to set up a table with your own Dobes and get donations, that would be great. Arda runs a tight ship at the kennel and does not have time for this sort of stuff.

I'll try this again:
2006 goes like this; About 105 dogs plus seniors in the house. We put another maybe 20 down for aggression and quality of life issues(illness).
$39,031.35 total expenses $35,729.77 Total Income

Break down: Vet $19,902.27; Drugs $1,552.14; Electricity(fans, lights, and air conditioner) $1,225.92; Transportation $4,846.36; The Dog Food and Raw Hydes $1,097.22. etc

Most of the food is donations. No wages or salaries. No property taxes. The balance of expenses are covered by my alimony and Social Security.

Hey, the rice was for Ghost and Sabine. In 2000 right after my ex-husband left, I picked up beer cans on the side roads around here and I could get a 10# bag for 36 bottles. If you were careful, that was a months food. I survived. I will never forget it that God will provide a way. Everything is more precious now than back then.

I felt the original description sheet was confusing, so I retyped it. Use it if you feel it would be helpful to those who are considering making a purchase.

I also found it confusing, this will help. Glad you added SCD to it, but I had already made up a paper with that on it. It helps to sell it if people see a LOGO.
