The salsa fundraiser is on!
There are 18 different varieties of salsa (something for everyone!) and each jar sells for $6. Half of the money goes directly to SCD!
All orders and money will be due to me on or before Monday, October 15. The salsa will be delivered within 2 weeks once the orders are submitted and the money is received.
The holidays are right around the corner. santa.gif Salsa makes a great and inexpensive gift. thumbsup.gif
Please let me know if you are interested in doing this fundraiser. I can email you the order form and product description. You are welcome to start selling ASAP!

The more people I meet the more I like my dog
"If a dog will not come to you after having looked you in the face, you should go home and examine your conscience"
-Woodrow Wilson
"Dogs love their friends and bite their enemies, quite unlike people, who are incapable of pure love and always have to mix love and hate in their object-relations."

If you want to set up a table with your own Dobes and get donations, that would be great. Arda runs a tight ship at the kennel and does not have time for this sort of stuff.I also have talked to the team mom's from Jared's football team and they are going to ask the High School if Arda can set up outside the field with some of her dobies on a game day and get donations!

2006 goes like this; About 105 dogs plus seniors in the house. We put another maybe 20 down for aggression and quality of life issues(illness).
$39,031.35 total expenses $35,729.77 Total Income
Break down: Vet $19,902.27; Drugs $1,552.14; Electricity(fans, lights, and air conditioner) $1,225.92; Transportation $4,846.36; The Dog Food and Raw Hydes $1,097.22. etc
Most of the food is donations. No wages or salaries. No property taxes. The balance of expenses are covered by my alimony and Social Security.
