Flash; Flash! Lost Member, Kevin Porter, was finally found. As his family members sat nervously awaiting his recovery, Swamp Mama went in search of her lost child. The Country Pumpkin was found in a McDonalds Restaurant on Zeeb Road in the company of a female Beagle. The Family is deeply saddened at his early signs of Alshymers.

Funny Arda!!!!

Okay the story goes like this. Kathye and I are fostering a female beagle who was at the pound in Harrison.(Same place Arda's four circle dobes came from), she had been shot. She is now vetted and is awaiting her trip to her new home in the state of Virginia. There were a total of 7 people involved in the transport of her and two labs. The labs went to a new rescue in Jackson. We met at the mcdonalds on Zeeb road. During this time, while helping tie the labs into that rescuers blazer, I must have laid my keys down. After they were long gone I realized, Ms. No Name Beagle and I were in possession of a truck but we had NOOOOO keys. So out comes the phone (thank God for cell phones) and I have Kathye call Arda. The Swamp Mama Rescuer went to my house picked up the spare keys and Chris they drove out to rescue the rescuer! I knew she couldn't wait to get home to post this. I always make fun of rescuing her and the tractor, and I goof up even bigger!

The Missing Keys Have Been Found. Seems as though Ms No Name(the Beagle) threw the keys to Max and Waffle(the Labs) so that she could stay at McDanalds and eat good. They were discovered by Michelle Holmes in the Blazer this morning. Ah....I love a happy ending, don't you.

Great story! You guys are a riot! All for the sake of dogs. Amen, to all of you. Poor Beagle. She could use a Big Mac or two.

The 12 pack belongs to me. I need it more than you. And by the way..did they call about the keys. They were under the Lab. Poor Laurel. She's going to add it to her necessary equipment list. darn it's hot out here.

Arda, Yes Kathye and Michelle, got it handled today. Good thing I don't do anything at work, because all my toolbox and cabinet keys were on that ring, along with the truck, truck cap,and house.

Yeah, makes our lives seem pretty boring doesn't it? Well, maybe I ought to just speak for myself!

Funny stuff. :D
Kevin, I made two key chains one for work keys and one for personal keys. I don't even take my work keys home anymore (that key chain is huge) I have a spot I hide them at work. I'm not too worried about anyone breaking into my tools at work, I have followed their rules about adding a lock bar and even if it did happen I would just make them buy me a new set anyway.

I'm with Larry. I had a huge wad of keys. Where I work, you need a key just to navigate the building (for security reasons). Every outer door, bathroom, inner door, has a different key. Needless to say, with my home keys in conjunction with my work keys, I figured I was safe: There was no way that a wad this big could possibly end up missing.

Well, one day I was meeting my girl friend for lunch over in the Penobscot Building. I had a transcript to deliver to an attorney located in the same building, so I figured I'd drop his off and then meet Nicole. I had my index finger through the ring, and was waiting for the elevator door to close and THE UNTHINKABLE HAPPENED. The keys slipped off my finger and - CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS - went down the shaft. They fell off, and I saw them on the floor, but I was powerless to get to them quickly enough before they descended into the abyss.

I immediately went to the guard station and told them my tale of woe. I learned that there was a sub floor below the elevators, and if I could just tell them which elevator it was, they could send someone to look for them.

I went to lunch, came back to the guard station and, as if my magic, this wonderful man had found my keys. I almost kissed him. I realized by having both sets together, not only could I not gain entrance to my office, I had no car keys to go home with!

So, I had to re-train myself to take out the work keys when I got to my office, and put the house keys in my purse, and repeat the task in reverse at the end of the day. I locked myself out of my office a couple of times, so I had a duplicate key made so I had one on EACH keyring.

Keys are definitely a problem :D

Kevin, I'm glad you found yours!
