Myself, my family and our turkey will not be attending this year. My daughter had a serious operation 16 days ago and will not be up to much of anything for quite a while. 22 screws/rods in her back and bone graft in her hip.
anyways, enjoy.

Sorry to hear that your daughter needed such a drastic operation. I hope all goes well for her during her recovery.

That is a great idea Arda. Due to the hard economic times right now, food donation is down. We could really use some donations of dog food. Anyone who can, please bring a bag of pedigree dog food. I think I can find something to use as a "prize" for anyone who does bring out dog food. We all know how fast a bag of food goes. Now imagine feeding 20-30 dogs a day. That's a lot of food! We would really appreciate it and so will the dogs who are waiting for a forever home.

Is there any way there might be some of the SCD shirts there??? I really want one, but not sure if the 2XL will work. if whoever has them, if you could bring a few 2xl... like maybe in blue or black?? that would be great!

I think Izzy and I could come. Don't know about Derek...he's been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and the excitement would probably not be good for him. He's doing OK with his meds for now, but I've had to cut back on his activities. It would be good to see you all again...have had a tough year with animals, relatives, and computers! I'll bring dessert of some kind for people and dogs. And dog food.

I'm so sorry to hear about Derek. I have seen the pics from when he came in, and it is amazing that he is even the same dog. You really made a huge difference for that boy. Big hugs for him. It's good to hear from you. I'd love to see Izzy again, she is such a clown. Are she and Daphne still running around like crazy girls? I remember Daffy hiding in your lap at the last reunion.

The crouching dobe shirt was donated by Joni. I only have the one. It is an XL. The SCD shirts are $18.

Oh yes, those two girls are quite a dynamic duo! Daffy was a shy wallflower at the reunion, but at home she's a pistol ...smart as can be and into everything. If I'm not paying attention to her, she'll go find something "bad" to tease me with... underwear is her favorite! Izzy loves everyone and thinks she's a lap dog. Derek still plays with them and they respect his authority... he's the only sibling Daffy doesn't rule! He is an absolute dear... probably the sweetest dog I've ever had. His head is in my lap as I type, in fact.

I believe Arda also has the scrapbooks from the last reunion too, doesn't she??? I know not all of them were sold... They were $20 and I'll be happy to do another book for this year... Just be patient and expect it a month or two after the reunion...
