The more people I meet the more I like my dog
"If a dog will not come to you after having looked you in the face, you should go home and examine your conscience"
-Woodrow Wilson
"Dogs love their friends and bite their enemies, quite unlike people, who are incapable of pure love and always have to mix love and hate in their object-relations."
-Sigmund Freud

Way to go Coby. If you have to be a conehead we want pictures.
Mary and Titan
Dogs don't know about beginnings, and they don't speculate on matters that occurred before their time.
Dogs also don't know-or at least don't accept-the concept of death.
With no concept of beginnings or endings, dogs probably don't know that for people, having a dog as a life companion provides a streak of light between two eternities of darkness

I tell you, they will be there long before any of us.
-Robert Lewis Stevenson-
Heaven goes by favor. If it went by merit,
you would stay out and your dog would go in.

Now, I have hardly been able to walk the last few days as there is something going on with my knee; so who's at the Doctor's, Coby not me
I do the same thing.. if I total up Lexas vet visit before the dcm.. it is hefty....taking her to the vet was nothing..9 years of several times a year.... I was not fanatical.. well maybe some would say... but she had to be healthy.. she loved the vet anyway....
but like you ...I cured myself.. shame shame on us.... They just released a report about women dont take care of ourselves.. we take care of everyone else..
I stopped smoking long ago, why? because of Lexa.. did not want her to smell second hand smoke.. and better for me too.. but Lexa was the real reason and motivation..
Make sure you try just a bit to take care of your knee...I started to do things before her dcm because I am getting old, and I thought where will she go if something happens to me..
My next dog I am going to look in to the forever home place.. you pay upfront and they get a home for their life.. not one on one..but still a loving home....
Glad that beauitful Coby is fine.. ..

That's why so many nurses are women, the need to take care of others
