Purina allows us 8 points per pound for them. 50,000 points and they send our vet $500. It comes in darn handy at this time of the year. 50 lbs X 8 = 400 points. It's an old breeder program I have belonged to since the early 1970's.

That is really cool! We don't feed Purina dog food, but we'll check with family and friends.

I've been saving them for awhile... I have about 400 pounds in circles. They are in the mailbox now.

Just the dog food.

I sent a few about a month ago, Arda, and I have one more here. Unless you think one more (18 lbs) could make that much of a difference with your redemption, I'll just hold onto it.

The embedded collars in his neck when we got him and he goes back and extends the gentle paw to the human race. One heck of a dog.

We recently switched to Purina Pro Plan Selects, and we are saving the circles. I have one from Bailey's puppy food too, also selects.

My dogs have offered to make a huge sacrifice and eat twice as much. They tell me it will be very difficult, but they are willing make the effort and sacrifice their figures to help all those dogs that still need good homes. Which may be THEM if they tip the canister of dog food over and eat all of it again like they did last night. And Vinny had a bar of soap for dessert. Wonder what my house will look like when I get home...

Jennifer - I forgot to ask you.......did you include the weight circles? If not, no biggie. You can just mail them to Arda.

Thank you for the crate! It will surely go to good use! Arda - I picked up a pan at K9.

I switched to Eagle Pack. They only had 15 pound bags of the Pro Plan Selects at K9.
