Okay thanks all for being patient. Here is one of the sculpts that the artist Jess donated. It is approx. 3 inches tall and is the elusive white dobie. Bidding starts at 8.00

Hey, Chimommy; What is it made from? Is it Femo or Sculpy? What is she making them from? It's adorable! And a white Dobe too.

I am not sure which clay she used. When I asked her if she had ever seen a white she said no but she would search the internet for pictures. When I went to pick up the black and tan sculpt she surprised me with this ornie. I think she did super job on it. I have one more piece to auction after this one and it is a white one too.

When you talk to her, please ask her. The artist in me is in awe. I wish I could describe the pieces Heather and I saw at the Nationals. If we would have had money they would have come home with us. One was Frodo running with my bra flying along . Another one was definately Eva with her goofy sit and the dinner plates hanging out all over. They were to die for. Can't even remember the artist bit the price was around $175 each. I lusted.

I found a list of all the vendors who were at the DPCA. Danny Quest was one. Are these the statues you saw?

Congrats Allison for winning the ornament. Arda Jess emailed me and said she uses Premo and sometimes Fimo to do her sculpts. She tried to get on the obard and was having trouble with her PC

I'd give anything to show her the cartoonish characters that Heather and I saw out in Denver. They were the greatest. I did lust after a bronze that they had out there at $10,000. Full size Dobe. It was very nice but the cartoonish were a laugh and a half. Especially the one that looked like Eva. And Frodo. They were great.

$10,000 = how many sugar packets?

It wouldn't fit in Heather's suitcase with all of those rocks so we passed on it.
