Brandy was originally adopted by her finder, but when they got home they realized a Doberman was a little more energy than they wanted in a dog. So back sweet Brandy came. It didn't take long for another family to notice our sweet girl.

Eric & Andi adopted little Lulu from us about 4 years ago. After losing her big brother Bo, Lulu was ready for a new playmate. They saw Brandy online and thought that she would make a great sister for Lulu. So they came out on Sunday and the girls hit it off. Brandy is now Jessie and she and Lulu rode off to their home. We are so happy for Jessie, this is a great home. We love repeat adopters!

Thank you Eric & Andi for opening your home to another of our girls in need. We hope Lulu and Jessie fill your home with love and laughter for years to come! :flower:

She's come a long way. Still a ways to go but I'm sure she is going to be a great girl for you.

We love our girls!!! Jessie is settling in great! She didn't know how to get on the couch at first, but we quickly corrected that!! She has been eating well because Lulu has been letting her finish her meals too... plus treats of course! They both slept with us last night. We are going to do obedience training as she is still a bit stubborn, and pulls A LOT when on a leash. She has gotten plenty of play time in and is a wonderful couch potato in the evenings!! She and Lulu are doing wonderfully. I'll upload some photos soon.

Oh, are you ever spoiling that little orphan. Thank you so much for trusting us to give you another member to your family. I hope she makes you happy for many many years.

We just went for our first trip to petco... Jessie picked out a nice big rope with a rubber grip on the end to chew on and play fetch. :)

Jessie & Lulu are doing great together. As submissive as Lulu was with Bo, she is now the dominant. She has put Jessie in her place a couple of times when Jessie has just had too much energy for Lulu to handle. Lulu is used to a much lazier lifestyle, since Bo had been so sick for so long. She's getting used to actually playing with Jessie, though. She has also learned to stand up to Jessie at mealtimes, otherwise Jessie eats for both of them & Lulu goes hungry. Jessie was pulling a lot when we'd take her for walks, so we got a "no-pull" harness, and it's probably about 90% better. We're working on it. We LOVE our girls!!!! P.S. I tried posting pics, but for some reason I can't get the uploader to work. I tried on two different computers. I'll keep trying. Both girls were showering me with kisses today. :)

Congrats guys, love the pictures!!! Glad the pulling was helped with the harness, obedience training will have her walking right at your side on command. Did you get some sort of error/warning/threat( j/k ) when you were trying to upload pics? There is a 2 megabyte (mb) file size limit, could these pics have been over that?

I'll try a test....
