Thanks for posting those links, Sarah. Now none of us have an excuse. We must contact our elected representatives and let them know how we feel. I know most of us on this forum don't own pit bulls, but this is a very slippery slope, and how long do you think it will be before Dobermans are included on the list of banned or restricted breeds? (They already are in many municipalities.) We must stand up against the senseless discrimination of breed-specific legislation, any breed.

I am so glad. We (MI) are losing citizens, jobs, and money every day, I'd like to see our Senators and Representatives worrying about that.

You are right on Sarah. Seems like they could find something important to worry about like feeding this state or keeping people in jobs. It's like they don't even see what's going on out here in the real world.

The bill will not be heard for now. They may try to introduce it again in September. We have won for now, but the bill is not dead yet.
