I would like to thank my bandmates Lucy and Jim for feeding me the most awesome dinner last night after rehearsal,,so much food,I had to take left overs home..and I also would like to thank BEN THE GIANT for eating my left overs off the counter toinght before BAD DOLLYS show!...Thank you!

PLEASE PRAY FOR BEN !!!!!!!!,, All has been great until Ben started to act very different,very little movement,,than yelping in pain when laying down and getting up,,rushing Ben to my vet and having a complete skeletal X-Ray we found that Ben has 4 badly calcified disc's in his neck.
As days go by his pain level increases, pain meds, muscle relaxer's and steriods are currently being used to try help keep his pain controlled,but when he move's, he yelp's in constant severe bad pain,
and hearing him cry breaks my heart something terrible!!!!
These meds.do not seem to be helping anymore and there's nothing more we can give him!
we can only keep Ben calm as our vet recommends and hope things get better.
This is just horrible! ,,and this is no ones fault.
if anyone has any advice it would be very helpful!...
decompression surgry may be an option,,but is very expensive,

Oh, no! I'm so sorry to hear what Ben is going through. I wish I had some advice to offer. All I can say is you definitely have my prayers for his recovery. Please keep us updated when you can.

I am sorry to hear Ben is having some problems, so hope he is on the mend soon, I know how hard it is to see them in pain. Keeping all paws crossed for both of you.

I'm very sorry to hear about Ben......I know this is hearbreaking for you......we are all here for you......
The embedded collars in his neck when we got him and he goes back and extends the gentle paw to the human race. One heck of a dog.

Did your vet give you any idea what could have caused the damaged discs? Glyco-Flex! Please try him on Glyco-Flex. Sometimes it goes a long way to make things better. We have several dogs on it here. I don't know how it works, just that it does.

I'm so sorry to read this about your Ben. Prayers and hugs sent out to you both. Hopefully he will have a full recovery and become his happy
