We wrapped an ACE bandage around Bella when she had her puncture wound. If it's still oozing or bleeding just use a kotex as a bandage... wrap it under the ACE. Just be careful that it's not too tight... you can also tape it around her middle with the paper adhesive tape, again what I did with the Bella dog... her wound was further back but should work...

I took Princess back last Wed to have her stiches removed. They took them out but she wasn't quite healed so they put staples in her side. she goes back next Wed to have them out. it looks a lot better.

Oooohhhhh, poor Princess. Sorry they had to re-do the stitches. Hope she's on the mend very soon. I know, Ella, it has to be rough you, too!! You will both be in my thoughts and prayers. Looks like she has a great bandage, and won't have to wear that hated "E-collar." I guess there is a blessing in everything, if you look hard enough :sorcerer:

That card is so cute. Princess loved it, and so did I. She went today and got her staples and stiches out. she is doing fine. but I'm keeping the no-bite collar on her for awhile.

In "Princess-language" that means for the next decade, right??? :sorcerer:

Glad to hear she is doing better.

Glad Princess is doing well. My little girl has her stitches out tomorrow. Good thing as they are itchy. She can't bite them, but she has scratched at them. Weren't we both lucky that the lumps were benign?? Love to you both...
