Oh my..he is a big boy! A beautiful, big boy. I've had my big fawn boy (94# of lean muscle) for just over a year now. Something about those big guys...a bundle of love. Please keep the pics & diary coming. Congratulations!

BTW, my guy has a really cute butt, too!

Ok-- here she goes again.... I tried to stop her from posting "again" but she would not listen..at least I got her to change the blanket and the pose-- still the same room -- I will make her take some of me doing some other stuff other than laying around.......geeesh

I am learning so much and have met a few friends that seem to already love me.. The telephone guy with a huge ladder was lurking in the bushes in the neighbors yard...I really showed him that I was here-- but when mom came over- she tried to follow the advice of a few of you here and she said "it is ok" to let me know..I just stood quietly as we both watched him..

We walk out in front often and I saw some of the other dogs around the house-- not as handsome as me-- but they still seem like nice dogs.... We took out the trash cans this morning and lots of noises everywhere... I am not the least bit phased by noises.... We were in the backyard as it was sprinkling and we stayed out there---- raised the fence so I can not spit, mouth or have that nice boy neighbor dog shower me with his bad breath..... (we still like him very much-- but mom said we cant have our mouths together --as he showed me how to put my front paws on the fence--)..

I will keep you guys updated as I am trying to get some "other variety " pics-- there is some darn good competition out here from some other dobermans...I guess we all are just beautiful in our own way--

he is such a sweet dog-- he is loving his new backyard and hunting squirrels in these shots.

Dobermans do have the cuttest butts--- not the most regal .... comment.. but us goofy mommies can say it...

"Ok she is working in the other part of the house and I am sneaking this on here"-- my new mom is loving me up and the food and care is pretty good here.....or I would not stand for this".....

"Our once beautiful, huge, tree in the backyard has died a slow death due to dutch elm over the last several years.... so there is little shade but the tree is still there for nastalgia??? anyway, my mom goes out and buys this canopy for me to have some shade and it took well in to the night to put up.... She made me pose for the final photo as you see me there yawning before she put the tools away...

The canopy was a disaster and fell apart this morning so it is speeding back to the store.. total crap project, but we had fun out there till well past dark. I figured at the very least I could stay out there with her as she did attempt the disaster for me...."
