I wish our kids could live forever or at least be with us until
we go, then we could all go together. We will be with them again
FOREVER, in a better place.
They are with us though....LOCKED IN OUR HEARTS
"FOREVER"
"Until one has LOVED AN ANIMAL, part of
their SOUL REMAINS UNAWAKENED"
"
Yesterday is "HISTORY", Today is a "GIFT" and Tomorrow is a "MYSTERY"
"Always always try to be the" BEST YOU CAN BE"
Do not walk in front of me - I may not follow.
Do not walk behind me - I may not lead.
But walk beside me - and be my friend.
May you always have Love to Share
Health to Spare
and Friends who Care
Forever locked in my Heart
"I CARRY YOUR HEARTS IN MY HEART"........FOREVER
My "WHITE ANGEL".....Sweet sweet Schaudeh
4/17/1999...............5/14/2013
My "Bounty Hunter"
11/6/2000.......8/3/2009
My "Miks Von Rom Mateese"
7/6/1990..........4/4/1999
"I LOVED you yesterday, I LOVE you today, and I will LOVE you tomorrow'"
for you have never really left me

It has now been 13 months and I feel like it was just yesterday sometimes. Regan was a real anchor in our pack/home, so sweet, so loving, so helpful and so kind, but always doing her "Dober-duty". We loved her so much and didn't want her to suffer at all, so I know she is running free, and she loved to run... Bless you sweet GIRL and R.I.P. Regan

None of them live long enough. But neither will I. When they can create the 100 year old Dobe................who will take care of them cause we aren't going to last that long. I'm looking at Mr Chatterly and I know he is at the end of his road and I just want 1 more day. 1 more summer. Always 1 more something. Regan was quite a girl. So was Tid Bit. And so will be Annie. They are all great dogs. The one thing nobody can take away from us is these memories. They are ours and those Doberkids are tucked in our hearts forever to be never abused or hurt again. Protected and guarded with pure love. Love you Don.

It is strange how unique of a void they can sometimes leave behind because of such a presence they had around the house.

I never stop missing the ones I've lost. It's true, the pain fades and becomes a bit more tolerable with the passage of time, but 13 months is a pretty short time in the long run. Regan was a lucky dog to have had a family that loved her so much.
