I lost my best friend. The person I started every day with. The person I said goodnight to every night. I am heartbroken and lost and I miss him so much.

On February 23rd Tux crossed the bridge and I am so, so, so sad. I have tried to write this for weeks now and I can't even begin to capture his life, the joy he brought to mine and the heartache I have.

I am so grateful that I had 10 wonderful years with him but I really wish he wasn't gone.

Arda - thank you for letting me take that sweet puppy 10 years ago.

Oh Stef, I'm so deeply sorry.  I just can't get used to loosing all these wonderful dogs.  See ya soon, real soon.  Run Free Tux and we'll see you real soon.

Oh, no, I'm so very sorry.  We never have long enough with them, and letting them go is so very hard.  Rest easy, Tux.  You were and always will be very much loved by your family.  Run free at the Bridge until you see them again......

Hi Stef,  It has been many years that I have seen Stef and Tux as inseparable.  I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  I know how hard it is.  I pray you will feel better soon.  It truly was a match made in heaven.

oh Stef!!! I'm so sorry to hear this!!! He is running free with Skitter, Bella, and Beauregard along with all the other SCD dogs so he has lots of buddies!!!

Tux was such a beautiful boy. Glad he had you as him mom.  I love all the professional pictures you had done. Wish I would have thought of this for Val.  There will be another one to love someday....just takes time to find the right one.  So nice to see you today. 


The embedded collars in his neck when we got him and he goes back and extends the gentle paw to the human race. One heck of a dog.

His pawprints came in this week. The 4 paw pendant is Wes' prints and the heart and single paw are Tux's.
