I can't believe this is the same dog we had to pull and carry into the house. He's so happy!

Here is the first video. The white girl is Duchess.

He has a long way to go yet. As you can see, there is very little muscle in that leg. BUT he is using it. And he is putting weight on it. And please remember that this is only 9 days since he was operated on. We carries this dog from the yard into the house. We put up a Dane Crate when he came home thinking that I could get in it with him to help him get up. I have not had to help him yet. He gets up on his own. It's amazing to me what he is able to do.

I really think JackAE did a great job showing all of you what is going on down here. The White Dobe is The Duchess. She's the one that had the eye surgery and has had her last imidicide treatments for heart worm. She can see now and is such a love. I know, they both want out in that yard but they have to wait. Slow and steady wins the race. Thanks JackAE for the great job on the camera.

Update: Biscuit had his staples removed today. When we got home I let him out of the van and he just raced around the place like he was screaming, "I'm home. I'm home." It was so good to see the reaction and him acting so happy to get back home. He was so good at the vets. He is a marvel. They want him to have a good 4 to 6 weeks before the ACL repair so all is on track. Everyone was pleased with healing so far. Cross my fingers and pray like the devil was after me.

I loved him trying to do the dobie spin in the video. What a boy!! Arda how do you keep your cool when people drop these dogs off? I am praying that he does so good that a miracle happens and he doesn't need more surgery. But if he does he looks like he will do great. He has the best nursing staff on the job.
