We are always looking for ways to socialize Sully because she sadly spent the first 5 months of her life in a crate from 8am-6pm:( But that was then, and this is now.....she has been making up for lost time since she found us. Today we took her to the Winter Classic Dog Show in Novi and had a blast! We've been practicing and today was the day to take the Canine Good Citizen Test. Sully did fabulous! I'm so proud of her and all she has become. She confidently went through the course and even sat patiently for the separation with a stranger part for the full 3 minutes. She acted like we were gone for 3 days when we came walking back:) Afterwards, we walked around to meet more people, be petted, and check out more dogs. Sully shopped a bit and got herself some cool toys as a reward for getting the CGC. She also tried her paw at agility and seemed to really like it....the instructor said "she's a natural", so we signed her up for the PAL/ILP registration and we'll take it from there:) Way to go Sully!!!!!

We give dogs the time we can spare, the space we can spare, and the love we can spare. And, in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made.

Not only am I impressed with your success with Sully, I am floored at how the twins have grown! Holy Cow I can't believe it! All parties concerned are beautiful. Keep up the good work everyone. Lots of winners here.

Peanut, you barked at your Dad??

It's me, Peanut, don't you recognize me?

What in the world are you doing coming in the back door?  I don't know if I have ever seen you come in the back door.  I am usually with you.  How did you get to the store without me?  How did you get out of the house unnoticed?  What is going on here?????  Are we off our schedule?????    AAAAAAAAAaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!??????

*oof*

I protest.

  Whadja bring me?

Look I found a 19 squeaker toy for 75% off!

Congratulations on getting Sully's CGC! I help out with the CGC tests at our club, and I can tell you the three minutes with the owner out of sight is the toughest part for most of the dogs. For Sully to handle it with the high noise and distraction of that huge dog show is amazing!

Nice pics. Your daughters are beautiful. :)

I think getting the ILP registration is a great idea. Good luck with agility or whatever other sport you may decide to try with her. I'm sure you're going to have a great time.

Congrats to all! A beautiful family for sure. I think the girls did a great job. Linda
