Yes, Joaquin and I picked Patton up and I was disgusted by how raw his neck was. I felt terrible even putting a cloth martingale on him for the ride. He did not have a very nice life before you, but just look at him now! What an amazing boy.

What a good boy Rommel is!!! It's funny how Patton didn't even acknowledge that the Brittany Spaniel was even there. My dog Dozer would have taken that Brittany Spaniel down. (I think that my have been how he got his name?)

Do you recall any specifics that you can share with me regarding his past? Where exactly did you get him with that kind of damage to his neck? Did you get him from those who caused the damage or from a third party who took custody of him from other that mistreated him? Etc....?

Update on Ozzie...Dean and I have had the privilege of being Ozzie's(Goofy's) mom and dad for the past 8 years. He filled our life with love and laughter. When we first got him it took a bit for him to get over his rough start, but in time with love, guidance, and help from his older brother he learned to trust and have a wonderful life. Unfortunately, we suddenly lost him yesterday morning. Our home will never be the same without him, but I wanted to thank you for connecting us with him. His given name was Patton, but once you were around him you could not help to call him Goofy.
Again Thank you all for everything you do!
