Its so wonderful all the support we've received, thank you all. My husband is having such a hard time with this. Nevada was his first real dog of his own really. They were absolutley inseperable, its so hard for him.
This disease is so rotten, by the time they are diagnosed, their time here is almost over. He was diagnosed the last week in July, so he didnt even make 3 months. Our other dobe, Apollo, had it also and he made it about 5 months. Its so unfair.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, It's a horrible thing to go through, even though we know it's inevitable it's never easy saying goodbye to a faithful and loving family member.
