Please send some prayers for my Moki man, He started peeing blood, after a ex-ray

and other test they found one stone in the bladder and on in the urinary track. So we have to remove the one in the urinary track. The one in the bladder will stay it is to much of a risk to do the one in the bladder for him.My heart is melting he is such a good boy. Will let everyone know how it goes. :icon12:

He is in surgery today. Hug and kiss your dogs!

Jill, your Moki is definitely in my thoughts and prayers today, for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.  Sending good wishes to you, too, that you will get through this with a minimum of stress.  I know firsthand how tough it is to have one of your dogs going through surgery or any kind of health scare.

Well here's the update....When they went to put the cath in it moved the stone to far and now they can't cut it out.

They have to retropulse it back into the bladder and hope it stays there. At least they don't have to cut on him.

Now we have to pray that it stays in the bladder. Can't wait for him to come home tonight. Hopefully he won't be in much pain

since the stone was moved back to the bladder. They are still working on him as I type so hopefully I don't get another call with a

issue. I just love this boy sooooo much as I love all my dogs. And everyone loves theirs. Thanks for the prayers.

Moki is home and resting. Still a little doped up. He went pee finally still wobblie on his feet.

Hope he is a happy boy tomorrow. It took a few times to get the stone to go back into the bladder

now we pray it stays there with the other one. What a long day, now I need to go rest with Moki

with my arms around him

That's a good update!  I've been checking in here periodically all day, wanting to see good news.  Now, hopefully, those stones will behave and stay in the bladder and not give him any further trouble.

We need GOOD updates.  Darn dogs.  We love them way too much.  Does he have to have special food now?  Can they dissolve on their own?

No special food we tried that 2 years ago and it didn't help. They said his are not the ones that will

dissolve they are calcified stones. So we just have to watch and make sure he still pees and that it doesn't have blood

in it. Hopefully they will stay in the bladder they stayed there for 2 years before this happened. Paws are crossed.

Moki is doing better today he is moaning on and off but who wouldn't moan after going through what he went through.

Just happy he is home and recovering. Star will just have to wait to play with him until he is feeling better.

What a happy day to have my Moki Man home.
