Happy and safe New Year to all. I can't wait to enjoy my new glasses from the auction, thanks Lori !!!! We stay home and off the roads, they are bad enough on a regular day, let alone New Years.

I second that Annie. And that wine that came from Traverse City is MINE. Mine and mine alone. As soon as I get in from the kennel. And I turn a new leaf on life. And to my parents, Jack and Ada, another anniversary #70.

Remember the cute stuffies that Santa brought to our puplets on Christmas Day?

Well....the puplets partied in the New Year with gusto. And this is what was left at midnight...

Before going to bed, in the wee morning hours, they totally disassembled one of the green stuffies on the living room floor....the other green stuffie is sitting out in a snowbank in the puplet yard....and the cute snowman is missing in action! It was a wild night here at the North Pole! :w00t:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Now a good mother would put them back together for the Puplets.

Sorry they are just like Humpty Dumpty. There is no putting them back together.

Our new year started yesterday with a big bang... my hubby fell on the ice in the driveway in the backyard. He couldnt feel anything for like 3 to 5 minutes... scared the living bejesus out of my son and i .... we called an ambulance and spent the day in the ER.... Thank the Lord he didnt break anything.... his arm is sore.. they did a cat scan to make sure no head , neck, or back injury. He is fine today,, just sore... Let me tell you,,, it was so scarey.... when he said he couldnt feel anything... i almost died... was hard to keep it together...
Everyone please... careful on the ice... it is not fun... i wiped out on sunday... im sore too... its scarey!!!

Sharen, I did that last year.

My mom did that in 2000 and never came back
out of the hospital.

Glad your hubby is OK

I am so glad your husband is ok, other than being sore, that was a nasty fall and it happens so fast, good he was checked out right away. Hoping the rest of 2013 goes much better, get the bad stuff over right away. Take care and be careful, all of us.

I am glad to hear everyone survived the New Year, albeit a little bumped and bruised. I had to work:( But that's ok....I can tell you it was very interesting here at the hospital...LOL
We give dogs the time we can spare, the space we can spare, and the love we can spare. And, in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made.
