Eric and I are heartbroken to announce that Our beloved Hugo, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 5, 2017.  We adopted him from Second Chance Dobes on October 28, 2007.  He was the joy of our lives and impossibly spoiled.  We will miss him, but we will also rescue another.  We asked him to help "send" his successor (just as we did When Auggie, Our first SCD rescue died).  Who of course will have to love jelly beans and give plenty of Dober kisses.

I'm so very sorry for your loss.  Hugo was a very handsome guy, and it sounds like he had a wonderful life with you over the last ten years.  Having to let them go when the time comes is the worst part about owning and loving dogs.  I'm sure when the time is right, you will open your hearts and home to another Doberman in need of being loved and spoiled.  Run free at the Bridge, Hugo......

Currently part of my treasured family and helping to make life fun and busy:

Hunter, the chocolate Labradeagle (or Beaglador)

Terra, the tall, gorgeous red Doberwoman

Waiting at the Bridge and forever in my heart...... Igor, Max, Savanna, Logan, and Tasha

Hi Eric and Janice,

Arda does not have Internet right now so I am posting this for her. She wanted to let you guys know that she is sorry to hear about Hugo and that her heart goes out to you and your family. When you are ready you are more than welcome to come out and meet the two dogs that we have available for adoption.

Hugo was such a handsome boy...run free sweet boy run free.

I am so sorry for your loss. Hugo was very lucky to have such a loving home. Linda

I'm so sorry that you lost your beautiful boy but I'm glad he had those ten years in a loving home. I hope your memories bring you comfort. :Rose:
