Chrissy came out this weekend with her dobe-greyhound boy, Luke, to find another rescue girl who could be his buddy. Roxi was on her best behavior and she showed off all her sweetness to Chrissy. It must have worked, because Roxi was the one! Roxanne is a spirited little girl who has come a long way under Arda's care and patience. She loves playing with the other kids, and we know she will keep Luke on his toes! Congratulations on your newest family member Chrissy & Luke, and congrats to Rox for getting a family of her own.

Congratulations Chris and Roxanne! Thank you for loving this beautiful girl.

Roxi is settling in well here. She and Luke are working things out and she seems to be warming up to both of us. Roxi is still having a hard time figuring out why a bird lives in the house but is learning that the bird is our friend and not food. Roxanne and I will be starting obedience classes on the 14th of November so we can work on establishing good habits. I am still trying to get Rox to understand that when I throw a ball she should chase it and not Luke but it is ok she is still getting exercise, it is just kinda funny to watch. I also discovered that Rox dose not really know how to play with people and gets a little too rough when playing with Luke at times. Luke has a couple of boo boos on his side but nothing bad just some scratches. I am so happy to have Roxi as a new addition to the house and I am sure that once she gets settled in every thing will be awesome. I am enjoying watching her discover new things in the house and that kisses and love pats on the head are a good thing. I will post some pictures of my two knuckle heads as soon as I am able to take a few, the camera needs charging.

Welcome to the board! I'm glad that Roxi is settling in with you and Luke. I don't think Rox had ever been an indoor dog before. She is very smart, and I'm sure she will catch on in the obedience class quickly. Thank you for giving her a chance at a real home with love and companionship. I can't wait to see some pictures!

Hey Every one Roxi and Luke are becoming fast friends and are getting along very well most of the time. Roxi only gets upset if he gets to close to her bed while she is in it. Roxi is starting to let me see her personality it is great. A few mornings ago while I was drinking my coffee in my chair with a blanket. Here comes Roxi trotting through the living room as she passed by she stole my blanket and ran down the hall with it it was a silly site to see. Roxi is still a little skittish at times but with gentle leadership she will be just fine. I really love these two clowns. I really want to post my pictures but I do not know how to make them smaller memory space.
