Right there with you guys on the squirrel chasing with our boy Buddy. At first his prey drive for squirrels caused fights with his sister. But now he may rush the fence but we are able to call him off and he'll come to us. lol but ya when one surprises him I'd swear he'd run across water to get it.

It's so great to see Nelson get a wonderful forever home. Thank you Jeff and Nikki. He's a handsome boy and looks very happy with his new family. Please keep us updated!

Nelson still seems to be happy with his new home. He's a huge daddy's boy. He used to love taking ME for walks, but I just purchased a gentle leader...it's a lifesaver:) I can actually walk HIM now. It's great. Now I can finally say that he is a great dog, indoors AND outdoors (besides that time he tried to bite a polic officer on a bicyle-we're working on that). Jeff and I are happy we chose this rambunctious huck of dog.

That's great news on the gentle leader working out. He's a big guy to have wanting to go his own way. The bicycle agression will take some work. He's definatly worth it though.

Who wouldn't give that boy a treat? I'm glad the gentle leader is helping. I know what you mean about walking you. Our first girl Page literally drug me around until we got a pinch collar. With that collar, it was like she was a different dog. Thanks for the pictures, it's so nice to see these kids living it up.

The officer was really nice about it. He said that he had rescued a german shepard who would snap at people in the beginning, so he was very understanding. Thank goodness.Thanks for the pictures of Nelson.He is such a beautiful hunk.

Nelson is adjusting well to his new home. He is such a quick learner and is an amazing listener. His first visit to the vet went great, she loved him. We just have to make him lose about 5 lbs. lol. We are extremely happy that we chose this big boy. He's such a lover:)
