Guys, I'm sorry that I let this go so long without posting. It just seems like it has been one loss after another. I couldn't bring myself to post them all, but it has to be done.

 

Arda lost Monroe to cancer just before I lost Alley. Poor kid quit eating and we thought maybe he had an obstruction, but he had cancer. Then poor Dixie couldn't fight any longer. She's had a bad heart for years and it finally gave out on her. Then last week Arda went out to feed the horses and Tinker had passed away. We don't know exactly how old she was, but we assume it was just old age. Squirt is heartbroken. Then Mr. C. It's been a really bad fall at SCD. Say some prayers for Arda, that 2015 starts looking up.

Tinkerbelle- the first pic is 2010 not too long after Arda got her. The last picture is this summer. She turned into quite the little lady under Arda's care.

That's a huge amount of sad news all at once.  I'm so sorry......

My heart and soul are just broken.  Too much all at once.  I just haven't been able to talk about it.  Just kept looking for the end of 2014 and a new start in a new year.  I know we did everything we could for them but that doesn't make me feel any better.  And I have to believe that they are safe in God's hands and my memory bank.  But I sure wanted them back here.  We loved each and every one of these kids very much.  I just can't stop the crying over them.  God give me strength and show me the path again.

Very sorry Arda, knowing you did everything for them may not make YOU feel better now, but it was all the world to THEM then.  You made sure all they knew was love before they moved on.  I can't imagine the gang you have waiting to say thanks.

I am so sorry Arda. Cling to the ones that can make you smile. Z was such a help to me in my bad times. He could make me smile when he smiled. You matter so much to them all. Past, present and future.  Linda & Willie

I'm so sorry for all your losses all so close together.

My heart goes out to you.You have so so many memories of all that you rescued and saved, that.s what you need to remember. If they didn't have you they would of never seen the happy life of love you shared with them. You gave them your heart and soul. Prayers are with you Arda, thanks for all you do that so many of us could never do.
